- Development of trainers guidebook.
- Development of training curriculum.
- Development of materials for leaflet and booklet.
- Organizing training and other programmes.
- Preparation of work plan to activate the poultry hatchery.
- To work as training advisor
- To guide the poultry hatchery management to make it profitable and sustainable.
