 Jobs Responsibility/Description:

•     Development of training calendar.

•    Development of trainers guidebook.

•     Development of training curriculum.

•     Development of materials for leaflet and booklet.

•     Organizing training and other programmes.

•     Preparation of work plan to activate the poultry hatchery.

•     To work as training advisor

•     To guide the poultry hatchery management to make it profitable and sustainable.

Education:    Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with a Diploma in Youth Development Work  
 Experience:     Minimum 10 year experience on curriculum development







Additional Requirements:

•     Need as preparing of training package

•    Organizing training programmes, booklet , preparing of leaflet,  guidebook and should have the capacity to advise for poultry natcnery management to activate the hatchery properly and make it profitable.
